Handwriting Service
Our handwriting service allows customers to have a handwritten message written inside their greeting card by one of our fabulous team members at Love Kate’s. This means that rather than the card arriving at the customer’s home for them to open, write in and post to the recipient, Love Kate’s will carefully handwrite the card and post it directly to the lucky recipient. Not only does this save time, but it makes the process of sending a card much more desirable due to the ease and reliability that we guarantee.
How does it work?
We are confident that the handwriting service is affordable, simple to use and an effective time-saving-tool. So, let’s make things super clear…
1) Browse our huge variety of cards until you find the perfect one for you. Click on the card listing and tick the box named “Handwriting Service”.
2) Take your time to think of a lovely message (up to 140 characters) and write it in the box provided. Make sure to proofread your message as we will write exactly what’s in the box.
3) Add the card to your basket and check out as per usual, changing the delivery address to your recipient’s address. The billing address will be your billing address – just like a normal order.
4) Finally, sit back and wait for your recipient to receive their lovely, handwritten card.

Gift Wrapping Service
We believe that the online cards and gifts industry makes our customers’ lives easier without compromising on quality and choice. However, we are always trying to think of ways that we can add to the shopping experience that we provide. Customers are therefore able to select to have their gift wrapped and sent directly to the recipient. This cuts out the fiddly, mundane process of present-wrapping and saves time. This service costs £4.99.
How does it work?
Much like the handwriting service, we believe that the gift wrap option is easy to use and therefore really convenient for our loyal customers. So, let’s make things super clear…
1) Browse our brilliant range of gifts and select the one(s) you would like to purchase. Click on the gift listing and tick the box named “Wrap Gift”.
2) Add your gift to your basket and click checkout. On the first checkout page you will find a selection entitled “Add Notes to my Order”. Add a note providing details on the recipient’s first name, the occasion and a short message to be written on the gift tag.
3) Check out as per usual, changing the delivery address to your recipient’s address. The billing address will be your billing address – just like a normal order.
